Generic `AuthError` for all authentication failures

All JWT validation failures, removed-voter scenarios, and closed-meeting conditions return the same error code. The frontend cannot distinguish between "your session expired", "the meeting was closed", and "you were removed", making it impossible to show users a meaningful message.
