design/2026-06-18-plainweave-permission-to-exist.md— the Plainweave design ("permission for code to exist"; code-up traceability; the intent corpus; the thin-member division of labor). The source of truth.MODULE-MAP.md— what the precursor core carries forward vs. what the reframe reshapes; where the new interfaces are stubbed.
This repo was seeded from the ~/charter precursor (local requirements/verification
core + read-only MCP, started 2026-06-04) and reframed + renamed. The documents
below were authored for Charter, requirements-down, before the reframe. They
were mechanically renamed into the Plainweave/Weft namespace for consistency, but
their framing (requirements-down, and any "five-member" / roster claims) reflects
the precursor era, not Plainweave's actual status. Plainweave is gap-named
and not in the launch cutover. Treat these as history; the canon above wins on
any disagreement.
concept.md— the precursor product concept (bannered as superseded).agentic-doors-replacement-roadmap.md— precursor roadmap.architecture/decisions/— ADR-001…006. The authority-boundary and envelope/SEI-consumer ADRs largely carry forward in spirit; re-read against the design.prompts/imp.md— precursor implementation prompt.reviews/— precursor design/first-principles reviews.superpowers/— precursor build plans + specs (the Charter v0.1 record).
Note on filenames: several precursor docs retain
charterin their filename (e.g.superpowers/specs/2026-06-04-charter-v0.1-product-design.md). These are deliberately preserved as the dated historical record of the precursor — the "history/attribution" exception to the rename.
