Subject: [PATCH] tools: pin golang/go@go1.27.2 in .aqua/aqua.yaml

limen v0.10.0's converge adds the Go pin to .aqua/aqua.yaml itself when
it is missing, and Renovate rewrites that file on its own bump branch, so
a limen bump on a repository without the pin force-pushes in a loop
(forkcloser/curl's bump did seventeen times). The pin goes in on main
first, by the recipe, so the bump has nothing to add.
