New Calendar: Chinese lunisolar

Please add support for the Chinese calendar, as this would significantly simplify the definitions for many holidays, e.g.

• Chinese New Year (see also Add Mauritius public holidays #279, Add Singapore public holidays #283 and Add Hong Kong public holidays #288)
• Vesak (see also Add Singapore public holidays #283)
• Qingming Festival (see also Add Hong Kong public holidays #288)
• Buddha's Birthday (see also Add Hong Kong public holidays #288)
• Dragon Boat Festival (see also Add Hong Kong public holidays #288)
• Mid-Autumn Festival (see also Add Hong Kong public holidays #288)
• Double Ninth Festival (see also Add Hong Kong public holidays #288)

When one wants to add China, this would of course be very useful too.

I did not take a deeper look, but maybe https://github.com/MenoData/Time4J is something for us until java will provide, I have no idea if they ever will, a chinese lunarsolar calendar

Not really planned ATM. But the Chinese Holidays are available. The lunisolar calendar would only make the configuration easier.
