[ExperimentRunner] Default value of experiment_cache cause run_all to fail #81
Describe the bug
The
ExperimentRunner.run_allfails ifexperiment_cacheis None.The issue comes from line 109, where the default value for the experiment cache (None) is not handled correctly: https://github.com/feedly/transfer-nlp/blob/master/transfer_nlp/runner/experiment_runner.py#L109
