From fbe8f1d6360bcb965db70d84a7522387d5f6b4ee Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Joeri Dijkstra Date: Fri, 16 Oct 2026 09:20:08 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] feat: refresh installed flux skills on flux update After replacing the binary, flux update runs " install " for every agent (claude, omp, codex) that already has the skill, so the skill comes from the new release. It also refreshes when already up to date. Symlinked skills are skipped; a failed refresh is a warning and the command still exits 0. --no-skill skips the step. --- README.md | 7 ++- cmd/install.go | 114 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++----------------- cmd/update.go | 57 +++++++++++++++++++---- cmd/update_test.go | 112 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ skill/SKILL.md | 1 + 5 files changed, 236 insertions(+), 55 deletions(-) create mode 100644 cmd/update_test.go diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index dc20287..9374ea3 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -17,7 +17,7 @@ go install github.com/eyra/flux-cli@latest ### Agent skill The binary carries the flux skill for AI coding agents.
