[BUG] Taking a picture on a server with config options for Exposure off causes the player to get stuck in a "limbo" with no HUD.

Describe the Bug

Environment: dedicated server.

The attached picture was taken without F1, after taking a picture with my Exposure camera.
I cannot move, I can only rotate my view around, until I press E or anything that interrupts the game from what I'm doing.

Reproduction Steps

1. Set these in the SERVER'S config to false: exposureAddPhotographButton, exposureUnlockViaPhotograph, exposureShowPhotographsInGrid
   (desperate attempt to temporarily "patch" the bug I reported before this one).
2. Go onto a dedicated server
3. Take a picture.
4. Get stuck until E or anything that opens a UI gets pressed.

Expected Result

I can take pictures just fine.

The mod is currently lacking server-client config sync for stuff like this, but that's something I'll add in the near future
