Patch: Goal hint text

Add hint text about the goal. Whether it's the same as standalone by talking to the Minish Elder or interacting with the Pedestal's tablet.
If possible, make the text update based off completed goals. Ex. "Dungeons: 2/6" in red "Elements: 3/3" in green.
