confdiff is now published on the npm registry, so the install is a lot simpler than the
github:spec it used before:Everything you already knew still works — cross-format compare,
--redact/--redact-entropyfor secret-safe diffs,--array-keykeyed list matching, directory/tree diff, the git diff driver, the GitHub Action, and the in-browser playground. The container image on GHCR is still there for Node-free environments. The latest published version is
0.14.0, which also added JSON-with-comments (JSONC) support sotsconfig.json, VS Codesettings.json,.eslintrc.jsonetc. diff cleanly. If you hit anything odd with the npm install, please open an issue or reply here — happy to fix fast.
