"Collaborations" / "Community" page

I started thinking it would be great to link to NFIDD somewhere, and perhaps also the Modelling Hubs as work we've been closely involved with. And then thought there is maybe more that could be done with that if we wanted - options being:

• just directly include on the Projects page
• Create a "Collaboration" or "Community" page, which could include
  • Collaborations - CMMID, epinowcast, Hubs, WHO Collab, ....
  • Training material
    • training we've created (NFIDD, Seb's model fitting course, ...)
    • possibly: Training material we like and use (e.g. learning Julia!) - could be nice not to lose track of what people find helpful
  • The lab manual

Appreciate this would need manual updates rather than pulling from github as with the rest of the website though.

Yes, I already wondered about adding a training page but this is even better.
