Not save segment

Hi! I have installed both the EDL Creator and Media Segment API plugins. The Media Segment Editor successfully connects to my Jellyfin server, and the application starts and functions correctly. However, nothing is saved. Any intros, recaps, or other segments I create disappear after I close the editor. Is there something I missed in the setup, or is this a bug?

Just to 2nd this, and note that it's failing when trying to connect to the plugins on the Jellyfin server:
