No templates after running "Templify This Folder"

I can run "Templify This Folder" and see that something is actually happening. But when I select "Templify Here":

• The template drop-down is empty
• Manage templates opens a window just a few pixels high, when I re-size the window height, I see that list is also empty.

Running Visual Studio 2013 on Windows 7 64 bit.

Installed version is 0.7.0.25, downloaded from here:
