Create demonstrations based on mocking components using Moveit2 with RViz2

Create a package for demonstrations using RViz2 with MoveIt2, without running any simulators (no IsaacSim, no Gazebo). Similar to the MoveIt2 tutorials, but showcasing Grab2 behaviors purely through visualization.
