Open topics:
- finalize initial MVP feature set (shadow DOM, typed attribute bindings?, templates?)
- move implementation to core elementary-ui
- decide on deployment path for JS parts
- wait for BridgeJS? (and 6.3)
- how to make it "strippable" (ie: don't bloat binaries if not used)
