Import from other wallets or backups

ElectronPass should support importing wallets from csv (and possibly any other formats) to help users migrate to the new app.

As a reference, electronpass-desktop could use csv exported from Enpass.

Actually this feature has to be implemented in libelectronpass first. After that, implementing import from csv in electronpass-desktop will be trivial.
