Value of mean_pixel

The value of cfg.mean_pixel from util/default_config.py is [123.68, 116.779, 103.939].
Could you please explain this value, because it seems to be rather arbitrary.

@jernsting They are the calculated image pixel value means from Imagenet (means are subtracted per channel)
