Integrate long term memory as needed within github assistant project

I as a developer want my github assistant system to continually improve as I use it.

For example, I want it to learn what actions are too large to be completed at once, the architecture of the project, locations of different features, etc.

• Add ltm to git agent
• Add ltm to github agent
• Test / tweak the system to produce above results
