Feature - write to logfile

Be good to write the dry-run output to a log file. Currently using debug mode to see the output, but a dedicated logfile for this would be a lot easier.

ooh, yeah, that's a good idea. stdout/stderr isn't always the best. I'm sure there's a slf4j thing somewhere for that.
