[Feature] Docker compose example

It would be very nice to have some sort of docker compose example.
This would make it significantly easier to test out fetcharr.

I am trying to convert the information you have given in the readme into a docker compose for myself at the moment, but I am not very experienced in making these so it will likely take me a while.

I have been trying to use the following docker compose, but I run into the following problem:

The warning seems clear enough... It does not have write access to /cache, however I do not understand why that should be the case since it should be running as root and it clearly has a folder mounted for these paths and has write access to those folderss

Some of the information from that would be super helpful to have in the readme of this repo

since I run a kubernetes cluster I'm not super familiar with the ins-and-outs of docker and docker compose. Honestly that compose file seems reasonable. Fetcharr runs as user/group 1000:1000 so I'd say double-check those directory perms, but otherwise yeah.

That wiki is awesome, as well! Way better than what I could do. I think the table approach to the env vars is a good call.

Yeah I'm down for a docker-compose example for sure. Worth leaving this open for a first-contribution request.
