Add support for versioning of the api that is being used similar to REST

Is there a workflow to implement versioning with JSONRPC controllers?

This has kind of been put on the backburner because it is technically possible to do by using custom route registration using the library. I have been very busy the last couple years and only get to this project every once in a while. If you want to create your own IRpcRouteProvider or IRpcMethodProvider that would work suing the middleware. Examples are in the readme file. If you would like to contribute or send me what you make, i can look into putting that in the code.
