Remove old OpenAPI Spec files

I randomly noticed `/sdk/test/adapter/http-api-oas-aas.yaml` and `sdk/test/adapter/http-api-oas-submodel.yaml` today. 
As far as I can tell, these files are extremely outdated and unused, and should therefore be removed from the repository.
