fix: Java 1.8 compatibility - replace var with explicit types in test files

Replace Java 10+ 'var' keyword with explicit OpenCliTypedResult<JsonNode>
types in ChatgptOpenCliClientFullTest, ClaudeOpenCliClientFullTest,
and DeepseekOpenCliClientFullTest.
