Expectation fetching/indexing data error

Describe the bug
Downloaded Java 22 and Epadd 11.1 8-15-24 and after using the Emailchemy the emails converted to mbox and then failed with the error ode Expectation fetching/indexing data.
I have deleted it, reinstalled it and I am still getting this error. I do not see any recent posts that have this information as it seemed to have been addressed in the 7.1 release. Can you please let me know next steps.

• Browser Chrome
• ePADD Version 11.1
• Java Version 22

I'm having this same issue. I tried Java 21 but I get the same error. ePADD gets through convert folders, read messages, and recognize entities, before I get the Exception fetching/indexing data error.

Could you please send the files epadd.log and epadd.log.warnings from the epadd-settings folder?

Thanks. Could you please check whether there is a file E:\ePADD\epadd-appraisal\user\data\indexes\emails\write.lock? If yes, can you try to delete it (stop ePADD beforehand if it is running)?

There is a write.lock file, but unfortunately deleting it doesn't resolve the issue. It recreates the write.lock file after selecting the folders and hitting "Next"

This file won't run for me. I get "Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again" followed by "A Java error has occured"

You have to put it in the same directory as epadd-standalone-extensive-logging.jar and then double click it. After ePADD crashed can you send the file epadd_output.txt which should have been created in that directory?
