Make all mimalloc-bench tests succeed

There are several mimalloc-bench tests that fail to compile, fail to run successfully, or have not been tested:

• redis
• lua
• rptest
• rbstress
• rocksdb (untested)
• lean-mathlib (untested)
• z3 (untested)
• spec (untested)
• spec-bench (untested)
• security (this is a security test, and may not be applicable to the smoke-test)

To close this issue all of these should be investigated and made to successfully pass consistently (with no observed failures). In addition the following should be done:

• add all applicable mimalloc-bench tests to CI smoke test
