I've been trying to get the environment up and running for days now. I won't bother you with all the error messages from docker and vagrant...anyway, after downgrading to Windows 8.1 I have the VirtualBox running. I can do the 'vagrant ssh' and get [vagrant@]vagrant-box:^$] command prompt. But after typing 'make' I get "no target specified and no makefile found". Also in the box there is no Eclipse button or something to be found.
I feel I'm close to make my first altered Launchpad Pro build. Please let me know what I have to do to get going!
