Cursor effects and TUI

@dusklinux,

adior made a script to make ur cursor matugen themed and there is this REPO that lets u add curor effects like shake to enlarge, tilt, strech and i will make a TUI for it BUT it is a hyprland pluggin and it needs to be added in hyprpm:

I'm making this discussion for u to guide me how to pull this off so people can also get it and the corect paths for the scripts and the TUI template and stuff, ofc everything can be turned off and on through the TUI.......if you approve i can start working on it by tommorow here is the demo matugen themed cursor and shake to magnigy effect:

Not sure about theming it. But that plug-in is awesome. Directional physics is cool

theming cursors?? you can barelly even see its themed. though.

have you tried the latest omarchy update? is it good? i'm hearing quite a lot about it, my x feed is filled with it.

No i havent but some guy was saying it was taking 2.2gb ram and they started using qs also

2.2 gb sounds like a lot, that dude probably had 16 gb of ram or something. cuz dusky also uses aruodn 1.5-1.8 with 16 and over i think.

oh and in the orchestra after the iso installation i selected the run after dusky iso installation option and on the 010 script it says sudo password prompt detected, but no cached password is available another user had this issue and he ran all the scripts manually and it worked so for the time being im also doing tht

BTW did u fix this? cuz i did a freh install using the updated iso and it didnt occur this time it ran the orchestra flawlessly

Dusk what are ur thoughts if we change the default cursor? to this:

we'll have a tui for configuring differnet cursors, if you want you can work on it. and send a pr.

i can confidently say there's no distro out there, that uses wayland with hyprland that goes this low. this is on the stock kernal too, but with kernal settings tweaked, if i did a custom kernal it woudl be at ~340

perfect! looks great, one more thing it should have the ability to choose between differenct cursors, maybe option for 3-6 cursors. no more.
