📋 #3 Feature: Add “Copy to Clipboard” for Policy JSON

🧠 Context

Users cannot easily copy policy definitions for reuse or debugging.

🎯 Goal

Enable copying full policy JSON from UI.

🛠️ Tasks

• Add copy button in Policies → Logic tab
• Copy full JSON to clipboard
• Show success toast

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• Clicking button copies JSON
• User receives visual confirmation
