Allow duplication and editing of existing items. The only option seems to be "Remove".
If between my Dev account and my QA account, I have nearly the same configuration of Dynamo tables and log group names, it would be very helpful to duplicate that item and edit just the prefixes/suffixes ('dev' -> 'qa') and item name.
Or if I want to change from my dev profile to my qa profile, it would be nice to be able to edit the profile used for the item.
Edit: I see I can do this by manually editing the settings.json file, which meets my immediate needs.
