Bug Report: Erroneous Tool Tip "Number of Universes to Monitor" Shows for Many Buttons

Many buttons that did not previously have a tool tip associated with them when hovered over, now show "Number of Universes to Monitor" as a tool tip.

Tested on Windows and Mac
