Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(dashboard): collapse the safety-net duplicate in the
 session feed

The runtime emits a turn's final assistant text as BOTH agent.message@progress
(streamed by translate) and agent.message@user (the answer, via the adapter
safety-net) — so it rendered twice in the "all" view (every claude turn, since
claude answers in plain text not `say`). Drop the @progress copy when an
identical-text @user message exists in the same turn. The "user" view was already
single (it only shows @user).

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix: replace stray NUL bytes with spaces in the dedup
 keys

The two dedup-key template literals had a NUL (0x00) where a space belonged
(`${turn_id}\0${text}`), which made git + GitHub flag the whole file binary and
hide the diff. Functionally harmless (NUL matched NUL on both sides), but replace
with real spaces so the source is clean and the diff renders.
