This experiment uses a medical dataset to study class imbalance. The class proportions in this repository are deliberately changed for the experiment, so they must not be read as real disease prevalence.
The models are not clinical tools. The perfect Random Forest score in one small held-out set is especially easy to overinterpret.
A real medical application would require representative data, external validation, subgroup analysis, careful threshold selection, and clinical review.
