feat(all): implement OAuth2 authorization flow and user feedback system

- Add OAuth2 authorization endpoint with team selection UI - Implement user feedback submission with email notifications - Add user display settings (name, handle) to user profiles - Support return_to parameter for OAuth login redirection - Add feedback modal component to frontend navbar - Create authorization consent page for OAuth2 flows - Add localization support for OAuth2 messages - Hide runtime badge in MCP server cards
