Plans to allow matplotlib >= 3.9?

Hello

I'm working on updating the build recipe for `pyGenomeTracks` in `Easybuild`, for installation on HPC clusters.

Just wondering whether you plan to update it to work with `matplotlib` >= `3.9`? 
Our recent toolchains default to `3.9.2` or newer.

Would be useful to know your plans, then I can decide how best to handle this in EasyBuild.
