Cannot start Remote Desktop in Macos

I tried to use Remote Desktop in MacOS tahoe , but when I tried to enable Screen Recording Permission, I see Screen & System Audio Recording Settings page shows up, and I have enabled chrome there for the permission, not sure what i miss
