I am going to move this to the Discussions board, so maybe someone can also give you some tips. I cannot officially support FreeBSD, because I don't use it, and it would be very hard to fix bugs on a platform I don't use or have access to. That said, there is a package for sway in FreeBSD. scroll should build using the same procedure, except for the Lua issue you mention. Looking at how they build sway, and that the log shows some bus errors, I can only ask you whether you set the Have a look at the sway FreeBSD package and maybe you can find there something you didn't do when you built scroll |
