Duration calculation doesn't work properly. The clock ticks too fast.

I noticed that the internal clock in pdfpc seems to advance at much higher rate than wall clock for me (x86-64 arch linux, latest kernel 3.x). I'm not sure what's the problem, but I can take a look at the code. Is this project still maintained?
