Menu bar remains partially Chinese when application language is English
macOS language and region: English (Australia)
Markdown Reader application language: English
The main application interface changes to English, but the macOS menu-bar headings remain in Chinese: 文件, 编辑, 显示, 窗口 and 帮助. Standard submenu items remain English, producing a mixed-language menu.
Expected behaviour: all menu headings and items should use the selected application language.
This may be caused by the custom L10n language setting not being applied to SwiftUI/AppKit menu titles.
