Ran this test against Nutanix and AWS, and it failed for both. Need to investigate if it's the test issue?

I took some time yesterday to take a close look at these tests and reworked them a bit. Could you try running the latest version?

If-None-Match: <etag> is indeed not supported on AWS. I've baked that into the default quirks settings.
