Describe the bug
The Validation Reference for "Svccore Excessive Data Check" has a hyperlink for CSCws84232 that should take you to https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCws84232
but instead the target of the hyperlink is unrelated defect https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh80837

Follow or inspect hyperlink in the following paragraph of the Validation Reference:
Due to CSCws84232, the APIC GUI may become unresponsive after login, with dashboards stuck in a continuous “Loading…”state. Administrators may be unable to access or operate the APIC GUI, potentially impacting day-to-day management or upgrade.

Expected behavior
Fix the hyperlink in documentation

thanks for highlighting that Cody. this should be updated once 4.2.0 merged as master. as issue was later addressed and fixed in 4.2.0
