DB_PORT Not Used in Restore - Can't connect to MySQL server

It looks like the restore function does not take DB_PORT variable into account.

even though DB_PORT is supplied the container returns the following logs:

DB_PORT not provided, defaulting to 3306
./
./backup_2020-10-29T02:26:28Z.sql
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on '192.168.1.xx' (115)

That doesn't sound right. It looks like it is here:

    cat $workdir/* | mysql -h $DB_SERVER -P $DB_PORT $DBUSER $DBPASS
