Is it possible to generate a matrix of all sarif files found in the repository recursively?

The example seems to assume all projects are subfolders of the root folder. How does one find all projects in nested folders?

@jwgmeligmeyling Your understanding is correct. You can generate any arbitrary list of directories for running CodeQL in parallel by modifying the list-dirs script. The output of that script is an array of directories which is injected as input for the job matrix generation. Each directory will cause a new job to be spawned where only its contents will be scanned by CodeQL.
