ci: remove the bunx tsc type-check step (#21)

This project is Bun-only by design: no tsconfig.json, no typescript as a
dependency (see .claude/rules/bun-only-tooling.md in the workspace root).
This step downloaded typescript via bunx on every run just to lint types
that nothing else in the project checks or relies on. bun test + the
generate step already exercise the real runtime behavior.
