Rename catalog Frequency column and fix its position

Header was labeled "Dividend Frequency" and placed between Expense and
Dividend Yield; the shared catalog contract calls it "Frequency",
placed after SEC Yield and before YTD Return. Reordered the header row,
body row cells, and CSV/TXT export to match, and merged the duplicate
"Frequency" tooltip entry (an unused generic one was shadowing/being
shadowed by the real one).
