Download a wallpaper below and open it.

The application should open the attached HEIC file and allow all 13 frames to be viewed using the frame controls.

Thanks @HiSkyZen, the default policy of Magick library limits HEIC ipma box to 1000 items while your file contains 1261 items. I will increase the limit to 2000 items in in the next release.
