Mangaka 2.0 Features

Mangaka will finally get some love. I have a lot of ideas
and fixes after I used it for a while.

Features to be added:

• Deletion Strategy: A way to safely delete models
• Migration Strategy: A way to safely migrate models
• Coercing Strategy: A way to safely coerce values

Features that might be added:

• Caching Layer: A built-in support for caching
• Schema print: A better way to visualize schema with HTML and/or text

Features that will improve performance:

• Better Validation Strategy: validation queries will be merged

Features that will improve size and/or complexity:

• Better bson dsl
• Independence from KMongo
