Setup Automated issue management

We currently have too many issues and no overview of what is going on. Which to some degree is okay. Everyone is working on what they think important and therefor it is important. However there is also a lot of drudgery that is important and gets lost (from my) radar.

Setup some automated issue management with labels and project boards to make this more visible.
