Use an obscure unicode character for delim

use a unicode character like ⚵ or something for delim, when i import maths, and code based anki cards this causes sync errors, which is really annoying. Also @ looks really crap when ur bluk editing on a md file. SQL anki cards are just totally messed up.

also also i dont know if this is possible but removing the \( and )\ mathjax formating that is generated from the anki would be so so so good! math jax also double slashes where latex uses only one so a conversion would be unreal.

Hi, it won't be too hard to add in a custom delimiter option so that users can set their own. The default is | which works for most use-cases, but code can be tricky to work into flashcards.

I will be doing some more work on the project again in a couple of weeks time and will provide an update then.
