(project) Rethink default file for a new project

Looks really good.
From my perspective using the IDE in class, I find the .orc and .sco files of the default project redundant. I tell students they can delete them.
I think it would be simpler just to have a CSD when we first create a project.

Yes we can stop this 3 file setup, it was good for debugging the filesystem in the beginning, but not needed. Yeh some hello world code, feel free to improvise. It's allowed that is sounds nice too :) but nothing crazy, one blip.

FWIW: I prefer separating code from CSD as I think it encouraged better coding practices. I'd rather there be templates to choose from and have it at least be an option.

I would also add this nit comment here for the future: currently, to create a new project, a new unregistered user has no visual clue on how to do it. This is a comment that i had on a obsidian from some time ago. It is required to create an account or a workaround is to open a project and then edit it. A new user (like me when i was introduced to web-IDE) is too many click away from interacting. I now that is required because of the firebase hosting, but just worth mention

Yes I think that dialog might the best place, unless a muti-step wizard is implemented.

Looks good to me, I think it'll work well. I'd propose this should reviewed and merged and get users to work with it to collect any feedback for any further changes.
