markers =
tpu_only: marks tests to be run on TPUs only
tpu_backend: marks tests that require a TPU-enabled JAX install (TPU PJRT plugin), but not TPU hardware
gpu_only: marks tests to be run on GPUs only
cpu_only: marks tests to be run on CPUs only
decoupled: tests that validate offline / DECOUPLE_GCLOUD=TRUE mode.
NOTE: this marker is not to be used manually, it is auto-
applied to all tests except external_serving / external_training.

scheduled_only: marks tests to run only on scheduled CI runs
newly_added: newly introduced or modified tests in PRs, executed even if scheduled_only
integration_test: tests exercising larger portions of the system,
including interactions with other systems like GCS,
                      e.g., end_to_end tests
external_serving: JetStream / serving / decode server components
    external_training: goodput integrations
post_training: marks tests for post-training code paths.
decoupled_target: tests to be additionally validated in decoupled mode
(DECOUPLE_GCLOUD=TRUE) on CPU in CI, in an environment
where the Google Cloud packages are not installed. Apply
it manually; tests under a path ignored above are never
collected, so the marker has no effect there.
megatron_alignment: marks tests that compare mmap inputs against Megatron-Core.
