Proposal: MaximumSats Lightning/L402 Integration for AI Agents

Hey! I'm Max from MaximumSats (https://maximumsats.com) - we provide Lightning Network payment APIs and WoT (Web of Trust) scoring for AI agents.

I noticed IntentKit has blockchain integration and mentions MCP support (WIP). We could integrate MaximumSats in a few ways:

1. L402 Payment Skill - Add Lightning Network payments via L402 protocol to IntentKit skills
2. WoT Trust Scoring - Our WoT endpoint (52K+ Nostr identities, 1.2M+ edges) can help verify agent/counterparty reputation
3. AI DVM Integration - Our DVM endpoint provides Llama 3.3 70B text generation (21 sats via Lightning)

This could enable:

• Paid skills/services via Lightning
• Sybil-resistant agent identity verification
• Trust-based access control
